EMPLOYER REGISTER

I am an authorized representative of the client and agree by filling out this form and clicking the send button that I am agreeing to work with Foodie Talent Agency. I will use their services to acquire talent for a job position or positions that I have available. I will provide a candidate profile, summary of responsibilities or job description, including any experience, qualifications, degrees, licenses, or salary information required. Foodie Talent Agency will use reasonable and diligent efforts based upon many years of experience to find a candidate that meets your criteria and submit information to you in the format you request. I understand that the agency does not guarantee me talent or guarantee that I will fill my job position within my company. Upon my employment of talent and in the event the Talent is terminated or resigns within 10 days of the start date of employment, Foodie Talent Agency will use our best business efforts to find a suitable replacement equal to Candidate"s requirements  at NO FEE TO THE CLIENT. I agree to pay Foodie Talent Agency their agreed-upon set fee of $125.00 within 10 days of hiring each talent. I understand that  information received from Foodie Talent Agency, their representatives or associates must remain confidential. Either party may terminate this agreement with 5 days notice by email. Client is still responsible for all outstanding invoices even after any such termination.
