I will use their services to acquire talent for a job position or positions that I have available. I understand that I am not allowed to disclose any confidential information provided to me by the agency. I understand that the agency does not guarantee me talent or guarantee that I will fill my job position within my company. I agree to pay Foodie Talent Agency their agreed upon set fee stated in employer workup within 10 days of hiring the talent.
